Do I need a passport?
Yes. This voyage begins and ends in Barcelona and visits several European countries. U.S. travelers need a valid passport. Spain requires it to remain valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure from the Schengen Area; six months of remaining validity is strongly recommended. Entry requirements are subject to change.
Are flights included?
No. Round-trip airfare to Barcelona is not included. Flight options will be shared once airline schedules and suitable fares become available. You may book independently or request assistance through Kindred Coastal Travel.
What is not included in the cabin price?
Flights, pre- or post-cruise accommodations, airport and port transfers, travel protection, shore excursions, spa treatments, retail purchases and alcoholic beverages beyond your included Bar Tab are not included.
Are gratuities included?
No. Virgin Voyages currently applies a daily service gratuity to each sailor’s onboard account. The applicable rate is subject to change before sailing.
Do I need to purchase a drink package?
Virgin Voyages does not use traditional drink packages. Soda, filtered water, drip coffee, tea and non-pressed juices are included. Your Premium Fare also includes a Bar Tab credit that may be used toward alcoholic drinks and specialty beverages.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Your Premium Fare includes Premium Wi-Fi for two devices per sailor.
Are dining and entertainment included?
Yes. Dining at more than 20 eateries, group fitness classes, live entertainment, immersive shows and onboard activities are included. Specific schedules will become available closer to sailing.
How do shore excursions work?
Excursions are not included in the cabin price. For safety and reliable return-to-ship timing, all excursions for this group must be arranged through Kindred Coastal Travel using Virgin Voyages’ Shore Things or one of my approved supplier partners.
How do I reserve my cabin?
Complete the cabin request form with your traveler information and cabin preference. Your cabin is not secured until availability is confirmed and the required deposit has been processed.
When is final payment due?
A payment schedule and important reminders will be provided after your cabin is reserved.
Final payment is due June 12, 2027.
Upgraded Cabins and Suites
XL Sea Terrace cabins, RockStar Suites and other cabin categories may be requested based on availability. These accommodations are not included in the reserved group inventory, so the required deposit must be ready when an upgrade request is submitted.
Additional Bar Tab Credit
Your Premium Fare includes Bar Tab credit, with the option to purchase additional credit before sailing. Any unused Bar Tab is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a future voyage.
Spa and Wellness Experiences
Redemption Spa offers massages, facials, body treatments, beauty services and thermal-suite access. Reservations and pricing will become available closer to sailing and may be added after your cabin is booked.
Celebrations at Sea
Birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons and other meaningful occasions can be made even more memorable with available celebration packages, onboard treats and group experiences. Share what you are celebrating so I can review the most fitting options.
Time in Barcelona
Arriving at least one day before sailing is strongly recommended. Kindred Coastal Travel can assist with flights, pre-cruise accommodations, airport transfers and transportation to the cruise terminal.
Extend Your European Journey
Post-cruise hotels, transportation and custom European extensions may be arranged upon request. These additions are personalized to your plans and priced separately from the cruise.

Excursions may be arranged through Virgin Voyages or one of my approved supplier partners. Available experiences and pricing will be shared as they are released.
Travel Protection
Travel protection is strongly recommended and will be offered after your cabin is reserved. Coverage options and pricing vary based on the travelers, total trip investment and selected policy.
